Cancellation Policy
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within the same day of the scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, the appointment may be cancelled and the 30% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
